POSITION SUMMARY

• Calculate figures for food inventories, orders, and costs.

• Maintain clear and organized records to ensure all reports and invoices are filed and stored properly.

• Post invoices using computer programs.

• Conduct inventory audits to determine inventory levels and needs.

• Complete requisition forms for inventory and supplies.

• Notify manager/supervisor of low stock levels.

• Verify and track received inventory and complete inventory reports and logs.

• Reconcile shipping invoices and receiving reports to ensure count accuracy.

• Receive, unload, and process deliveries.

• Refuse acceptance of damaged, unacceptable, or incorrect items.

• Troubleshoot vendor delivery issues and oversee return process.

• Adhere to food safety and handling policies and procedures across all food-related areas.

• Monitor PAR levels for all food items to ensure proper levels.

経理部の購買担当として、レストランで使用される食材や飲料から調理機材、客室でお客様がご利用されるアメニティ、日々のオペレーションで使用する文房具類など、お客様の目に触れるものからバックオフィスで使用するものまで、ホテルで使用されるあらゆるアイテムの発注・納品をご担当いただく、いわば「バイヤー」のようなお仕事。

目が肥えてこれば日常生活の買い物にも通じるような知識も得られ、良い意味でプライベートと仕事が繋がるような、大きなやり甲斐を感じられるポジションとなります！

＜主な業務内容＞

●注文・納品処理：システムを通して各部署が注文してきた物を発注・納品後にシステムにて納品処理

●荷受け作業：納品された物の状態・数量・価格を確認し、状態が悪ければ返品・交換対応

●アイテム提案、見積書取得：各部門からリクエストされた条件に基づき、複数候補を提案、および販売先から見積書の取得

●システム商品登録作業：新規購入が決まった商品のシステムへの登録

●請求書確認：業者から送られてきた請求書とシステムでの購入金額があっているかの確認

●棚卸：担当部署がカウントした物をシステムに取り込み、レポートを出力・修正作業
