What you will do:

· Implement and manage communication and collaboration systems

· Enhance workplace services with desktop and voice solutions

· Facilitate secure remote working environments

· Conduct upgrades, migrations, and maintain evergreen IT scenarios

· Advise on governance for technology stability and evolution

Skills and experiences

· Proficiency with Microsoft365, Windows 10, Intune/SCCM, and Office 365

· Experience with SharePoint, Teams, and Skype for Business

· Knowledge of Microsoft/Office 365 Security tools

· Familiarity with Azure AD and PowerShell scripting

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to work collaboratively with global and offshore teams

· Strategic thinking and project management skills
