Job Description:

Qualifications include:

1.

Minimum 10 years of working experience in semiconductor industry and 5 years of working experience in LED products as Sales or Product Marketing.

2.

Expand business on long tail customers through Distributors

3.

Able to understand the technical and marketing requirements heard from Distributors and/or customers and able to discuss them with Broadcom Optical Product Division in English to make proposals to the customers.

4.

Completed bachelor’s degree or equivalent Highly desired qualifications:

1.

Strategic thinking and communication skills in Business English

2.

Relationship management with customers, distributors and oversea division through English

3.

Business opportunities and Design In activity management with distributors

4.

Basic knowledge and strong interest in LED

5.

Microsoft Office skills to manage resale, revenue, backlog numbers and data analysis Job Descriptions: 1. Business Management of LED products

• Define and execute the new business growth plan through distributors and with Optical Product Division

• Manage quarterly target of new Design Wins

• Manage quarterly resale, revenue and inventory 2. Sales activities

• Know customers, their applications and competitors

• Communicate with Optical Product Division and distributors and make and execute winning strategies

• Expand LED business through Distributors

• Manage LED business on long tail customers through Distributors
