Veralto Inside Sales Associate in Tokyo, Japan

●Lead generation through telephone sales calls and e-mails

(1) Provide primary response to inquiries from the website, and qualify customers who are considering purchase, request for quotation, or demonstration, as Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).

(2) Provide primary response to potential customers contacted at exhibitions, seminars, webinars, etc., to generate MQLs.

3) Conduct sales calls to other potential customers (existing users, new customer lists, annual campaign target lists).

(4) Make appointments for visits and product demonstrations for MQLs generated as a result of activities listed in 1) to 3) above.

(5) Arrange and manage the rental of demo equipment and follow-up (responses to rental units’ questionnaires and confirm the status of their consideration by making phone calls).

(6) Promote the replacement of existing products when new products are launched or when services for existing products are terminated.

(7) Update the customer list in SFDC as needed.

●Support operations for marketing planning

1) Create a list of target customers for sales calls and import the list into SFDC (including requesting and directing research companies)

2)Creation of call scripts with Marketing Manager

3) Plan for blast e-mail (Pardot) as needed (in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Specialist).

4) Plan, create and manage sales promotion tools (catalogs, materials, display panels) (including direction to partner companies)

5) Support for planning, preparation, and implementation of nationwide exhibitions (2-4 times a year)

●Accompanying sales staff and providing sales support

1) Visit customers with sales representatives to understand customer needs, pain points, and our solutions.

2) Visit customers with application engineers to demonstrate products to understand the features of our products and software

3)Support case management and regular follow-up for the visits and demonstrations described in 1) and 2) above.

4) Support the preparation of local exhibitions in which our distributors exhibit and accompany them as needed to assist in leads creation.
