Oracle Consulting Technical Manager in TOKYO, Japan

Job Description

  • Worked at least 12+ years of experience in Telecom on the BSS and OSS domain.

  • Must have worked at least 5+ years on the development.

  • Must have worked on one or more coding language (C, C++, java).

  • Knowledge on the scripting tools e.g., python, shell scripting and similar scripting language.

  • Must have designed end-to-end BSS/OSS solutions, including CRM, order management, and service provisioning systems, have awareness on the eTOM process.

  • Knowledge on the Oracle products like Siebel and Oracle Billing and Revenue management will be an advantage.

  • Deep understanding on the data migration complexities involved in BSS/OSS transformation projects.

  • Must have led at least 1 BSS/OSS transformation project as an E2E architect.

  • Experience on running requirement gathering workshop.

  • Must have worked to provide Architectural reviews and contributed to the development of best practices and coding standards.

  • Must be Japanese speaking.

Responsibilities

Technical Expertise:

  • BSS/OSS architecture and design

  • System integration and API management

  • Microservices and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

  • Telecom protocols and standards (TM Forum, 3GPP, ITIL)

  • Devops practices (Jenkins, CI/CD etc)

  • Knowledge on the Oracle Database (SQL, PL/SQL)
