Description

Do you have a passion for developing new go-to-market strategies and campaigns that accelerate pipeline and revenue growth? As the Solutions Go-To-Market Lead-Asia Pacific, you’ll be responsible for building GTM strategies, solution localization, mechanisms, and campaigns that help the AWS Industry Business Unit (IBU) and AWS Global Sales (AGS) organization accelerate AWS Solutions pipeline.

The ideal candidate will have experience building and executing solution sales plays at WW/GEO scale via integrated sales and marketing campaigns. You will thrive on working in cross-functional teams spanning multiple GEOs/regions. Your ability to analyze data, identify growth opportunities, and implement strategies make you essential to AWS Solutions pipeline and revenue growth. Being able to translate your skill sets into a fast-moving, data & metrics-biased, result-oriented Amazon culture is key to your success in the role. Finally, you will bring an entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and a love for experimentation.

Key job responsibilities

• Partner with local Amazon Partner Organization (APO), Industry Business Development, and AGS leaders to identify GTM priorities, set goals, and develop strategies to achieve pipeline and revenue goals.

• Lead the cross-functional engagement of APO, Solutions, and Sales teams to identify local gaps in solutions portfolio, and to close those gaps by recruiting and launching local technology and consulting partners.

• Plan, localize, and execute enablement in partnership with the World-Wide Field Enablement Industry Accreditation Program (IAP). Provide data-driven, closed-loop feedback on areas for improvement and refresh content as needed.

• Activating enablement in the pipeline by owning outbound campaign to IBU and AGS field teams. Lead campaign development including creating campaign plans, target accounts lists / heatmaps, prospecting resources, sales motions, and campaign tracking dashboards. Coordinate campaign execution across sales, marketing, enablement, and business development teams.

• Establishing data-driven mechanisms for tracking and managing target account heatmaps and monitoring the ‘top of funnel’ of Prospect and Qualified opportunities.

• Monitor the health of the AWS Solution business in your dedicated GEO/Regions, analyzing pipeline and partner data for gaps and opportunities.

• Facilitate business reviews with field leaders to ensure GEOs/Regions are on track to achieve Solution goals.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience

  • 5+ years of professional or military experience

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level

  • Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations

  • Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements
