JOB PURPOSE AND SCOPE

of the job.

⚫ 事業部にて合意した年間販売目標を担当するテリトリーにて達成する。

Accomplish the annual sales goals agreed upon by Business Division for each territory you are in

charge

⚫ 担当するテリトリーにて顧客、販売代理店、その他のビジネスパートナーとの良好な関係を築

き、会社の代表者として管理し、販売活動、情報収集、提供を行う。

Establish good relationships with customers, wholesalers and other business partners in the

territory you are in charge of. As a company representative, manage them, undertake sales

activities with them, collect and provide information for them.

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

– list the primary tasks or activities this job performs on an ongoing basis.

⚫ 事業部、直属上長との合意に基づき、年間販売プランを作成する。

Make annual sales plans based on the agreement with Business Division and your immediate

supervisor

⚫ 情報の収集、提供、各種ツールを活用しビジネスステップの進捗を図る。

Try to achieve steady progress of each business step by collecting/providing information and by

making use of various tools

⚫ 事業部戦略に沿った営業活動や説明会、講演会等の教育、啓蒙活動を実施する。

Carry out sales activities that are in tune with the strategies of Business Division. Undertake

educational activities by holding explanatory meetings, lecture meetings, etc

⚫ 顧客毎、製品毎の実績管理を行う。

Manage actual achievement results customer by customer and product by product

⚫ 毎月、販売実績のレビュー、と次月のプランを作成する。

Conduct a monthly review of the sales results and make plans for the next month.

⚫ 毎週の行動管理表を作成し、管理表に従った行動管理を行う。

Make a weekly table of action management and manage your actions according to the table

⚫ 毎月及びBMや事業部の指示により適宜、実績ほかの報告を行う。

Present reports on the actual achievement results, etc. monthly or when you think it proper to do

so, following the instructions given by BM or Business Division

⚫ 市場情報の収集と報告を行う。 Collect and report market information

⚫ 薬事法に則りアボットジャパンや事業部の手順に従いクレームへの対応を行う。

Address the complaints in accordance with the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law as well as the

procedure adopted by Abbott Japan and Business Division

⚫ 顧客への定期的な訪問を通じ関係強化を図る。

Try to strengthen relationships with customers by visiting them regularly.

⚫ 会社の規則、規範、及び業界の規範を守り、正しくビジネスを行う

Observe company rules and regulations as well as those of the medical industry and conduct fair

business

⚫ その他、アボットジャパン、ADC事業部、直属上長より指示された業務を行う。

Any additional ad hoc jobs requested by Abbott Japan, ADC Business Division, and your

immediate supervisor
