Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 1 or more years of related experience.
- This is a sensitive/safety-sensitive position and is subject to DOT random drug and alcohol testing.
- Physical examination (visual acuity, color perception, respiratory, etc.) to meet production certification and safety requirements.
- Available to work any shift assigned (1st or 2nd) and work overtime, if needed.
- Experience drilling, installing, and repairing composite materials.
- Experience with the tools, equipment, installation techniques, and acceptance criteria for a broad range of fastener types, including threaded fasteners, threaded inserts, tubular rivets, solid rivets, blind bolts, and lock bolts.
- Experience working on human rated spacecraft hardware.
- Experience as task lead of structural assembly lifts and moves.
- Previous Boeing technical certifications and training.
- Previous experience and training in Boeing Common System production software applications (MES-CAPP, NCM) and model-based instructions (MBI).
- Complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening, which will include but is not limited to testing for marijuana use

Desired Skills, Experience, or Education:
- Experience performing precision orbital welds on tubing and components, ensuring compliance with aerospace standards and quality requirements.
- Airframe and Powerplant (AandP) license or similar certification.
Key Duties: Perform production fabrication, assembly, electro-mechanical assembly, and modifications on human-rated spacecraft and ground systems. Diagnose and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical system faults in spacecraft and ground systems. Conduct operational maintenance, refurbishment, and verification of assembly accuracy, including self-inspection duties. Assist with launch vehicle integration, crew insertion, cargo stowage, and post-landing recovery at remote sites. Perform functional checks on installed systems, document assembly tasks, and coordinate work priorities with management.
