Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Rack Molding Operator to join our exceptional team at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. As a world-class leader in scientific research and innovation, we are dedicated to making a difference in the world through our groundbreaking solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain molding equipment to produce flawless rack products

• Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure efficient production

• Inspect finished products for quality assurance and make necessary adjustments

• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and achieve ambitious targets

• Strictly adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area

• Troubleshoot machine issues and perform routine maintenance as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience will be considered.

• Proven experience as a Rack Molding Operator or similar role

• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify defects

• Strong ability to analyze and troubleshoot mechanical systems effectively

• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals

• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
