Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of all personnel by strictly adhering to Thermo Fisher’s safety absolutes.

• Successfully implement measures to meet established targets for incidents and accidents.

• Review the condition of supplied materials and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.

• Coordinate process reworks to address material issues and verify order accuracy.

• Collaborate to clear cells/machines, ensuring compliance with line clearance documents.

• Organize the replenishment of order components to minimize downtime.

• Ensure the availability and correct use of necessary working tools.

• Report any machinery failures to the maintenance team promptly.

• Coordinate production with material handlers to avoid stock-outs.

• Positively contribute to improvement projects and maintain scrap levels below established goals.

• Maintain cleanliness of the cell/machine and align with the goals of 5S.

• Train new employees and support ISO9001 and ISO13485 process observations.

• Perform other tasks as required.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

• Commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards.
