Description and Requirements
Job Description
Data driven analysis for MBG service parts operation. Interacts with cross-functional teams to provide deep dive analysis to meet business requirements. Import, transform, validate and model data to deep dive business to help decision-making and business improvement. Key metric for this role is data analytical exposure.
Activities:
Data Analytics and Cost Metrics Development, and Management Reporting
Drive data analytics to help business make data-driven decisions. Generation of operational analysis reports to reflect service parts operation activities, cost and comparison trends, in support of CX improvement and Cost Reduction.
Complete development to meet business requirement
Identify strategic initiatives/improvements and facilitate delivery of enhancements.
Keep close cooperation with cross-functional and Geo team on data optimization.
Qualifications and Skills:
Master degree, preferable in Statistic/Computer/Supply Chain
3-5 years working experience preferred
Fluent oral and written English (Overseas study and work experience preferred)
Strong Knowledge and skill of SQL, Python or ML/AI modeling
Power BI skill is preferred.
Good logical thinking, sensitive with data
Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and drive result
Understanding/Knowledge of SAP system is preferred
