Job Summary

Assist in the work scheduling process by assigning jobs to line servicer personnel and providing customer assistance for an assigned area.

Job Description

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Under moderate to limited supervision:

  • Perform duties assigned in the work scheduling process, including the assignment of jobs to line servicer personnel using management system applications.

  • Develop schedules for line servicer and technician appointments.

  • Communicate with customers and direct inquiries.

  • Support adherence to standard work scheduling policies and procedures.

  • Assist with outage management as needed.

  • Provide administrative support as needed.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: (Minimum requirements are for an Assistant Level. Senior level will require additional experience).

Education requirements are listed below:

  • High school diploma or GED required.

Work Experience requirement listed below:

  • 3 years of post-high school experience in utilizing administrative procedures and office equipment or the equivalent, normally obtained by progression through the Work Scheduling Rep Associate classification.

  • Demonstrated proficiency with computers and computer programs, effective verbal and written communication skills required.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Must be available to work overtime, call-out overtime and shift work, as required.

Travel requirements are expected 10-25% of the time.

Compensation Range:

$21.07-26.34 USD
