Job Summary:

Teledyne Scientific Company (TSC) has an opening for part time (24 hours a week) summer intern position in the Optics group in the Integrated Solutions and Systems Division starting July 1, 2024 until August 31, 2024.
Essential duties :
Assist software and graphical user interface development for electro-optic devices
Assist data collection
Support laboratory and field testing
Assist with design documentation
Desired skills, experience, and qualities :
Strong software skills
Experience with Linux, Unix, Windows
Basic electronics skills is a plus
Understanding hardware and user interface needs for outdoor testing
Well organized and detail oriented
Good communication skills and inquisitive mind
Education:
1st or 2nd year of Batchelor's degree (BS) is physics, electrical engineering or computer science.
Citizenship Requirements
Due to the type of work at the facility and certain access restrictions, successful applicants must be a U.S. Citizen
Salary Range:
$49,830.00-$66,550.000
