Job Description:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Carefully deburr and wash parts to remove any rough edges and ensure a high-quality finish. Engrave the tooth number on the parts. Wash parts thoroughly to prepare them for the next stages of manufacturing.

  • Package finished parts according to specifications and label them accurately to ensure they are ready for distribution.

  • Manage and track lot numbers for all parts, ensuring that all products are traceable and correctly documented.

  • Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that all parts meet the required standards and specifications.

  • Ensure that the manufacturing process flows smoothly without interruptions and inefficiencies.

  • Strictly adhere to company procedures and guidelines, including safety protocols and operational processes.

  • Assist in managing inventory levels to ensure that necessary materials are always available without overstocking.

  • Comply with Quality Management System (QMS) procedures related to the department’s functions.

  • Support team environment and all production-related activities.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Basic MS Word and Excel knowledge. 2+ years’ experience in a manufacturing/production environment preferred . Familiar with Job order and work order transactions and documentation preferred.

LANGUAGE SKILLS: This position requires the ability to read and comprehend documents in English such as standard operating procedures, general instructions, company policies, safety rules, employee handbook, departmental procedures, and packing and shipping instructions. Also required is the ability to work quickly to meet deadlines and effectively present information and respond to questions from other company employees.

  • OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES:

  • Basic computer skills to be able to work with excel, shared spreadsheets, word, & outlook

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to perform precise tasks.

  • Ability to quickly achieve a fundamental understanding of the manufacturing processes, products, and company documents.

  • Good organizational and communication skills.

  • Ability to multi-task and change priorities frequently

  • Prior work for ISO 9001 or ISO 13485 manufacturer

  • Preferably Knowledge of SAP

Target Market Salary Range:

Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed reasonable estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.

$19.90 - $23.30 per hour
