Core Responsibilities and Tasks:

Follows all policies and guidelines regarding workplace safety and product quality

FCAW and GMAW Welding from basic blueprints

Performs basic operations using hand and power tools including but not limited to chipping hammers and grinders

Enter work hours in ERP system (Currently SAP)

Drives continuous improvement process and conducts daily housekeeping/5S audits to ensure continuous improvement activities.

Troubleshoot machine and equipment issues such as faulty consumables

Work collaboratively with supervisors, managers and peers to produce a quality product in a timely manner

Create and maintain safe working environment and culture within the organization*Take care of internal and external customer needs and expectations

Position Requirements:

1. FORMAL EDUCATION:

Required:

High School Diploma or GED

2. KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 0-2 years of relevant experience

FCAW and GMAW Welding

Basic blueprint reading

Operation of various hand and power tools

Salary range:

$34,000.00 - $54,500.00
