Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Treasurer in the manufacturing industry, based in The Woodlands, Texas. This role involves managing various aspects of the company's treasury functions, including accounting, budgeting, and financial planning. The Treasurer will be responsible for overseeing all financial transactions, managing the company's investment portfolio, and developing financial strategies to achieve the company's financial objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the company's financial transactions, including accounts payable and cash activity

• Manage the company's investment portfolio and make strategic financial decisions

• Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve the company's financial objectives

• Utilize accounting software systems and Microsoft Office Suites to perform daily tasks and generate reports

• Conduct annual budget processes, including forecasting and financial planning

• Manage the company's foreign currency transactions and mitigate financial risks

• Liaise with various departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

• Oversee the company's ADP - Financial Services and ensure all financial data is accurate and up-to-date

• Use Microsoft Excel to analyze financial data and generate financial reports

• Ensure all accounting functions are performed in accordance with company policies and regulations. Requirements • Possession of a minimum of 15 years of experience in a treasurer role within the manufacturing industry

• Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services

• Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, and Microsoft Outlook

• Demonstrated ability in handling Accounting Functions

• Previous experience managing Accounts Payable (AP)

• Proven track record of developing and managing Annual Budgets

• In-depth understanding of Budget Processes

• Experience in managing Cash Activity

• Knowledge of Foreign Currency transactions and management

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Must have a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
