We are looking for Service Sales Professional

You’ll make a difference by :

  • Prospect and qualify potential clients through various channels.

  • Conduct detailed needs assessments to understand clients' requirements and objectives.

  • Present and demonstrate our services to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and value proposition

  • Revie Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and presentations tailored to the specific needs of each client.

  • Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to achieve sales targets and revenue goals in line with company guidelines.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including components supply/ projects sales teams, service delivery and support, to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of services to clients.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts using CRM software.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' offerings to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

  • Provide outstanding customer service before, during, and after the sales process to foster long-term relationships and drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge.

Desired Skills:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a service-oriented industry.

  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and methodologies, including prospecting, needs analysis, objection handling, and closing.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in Railways and Metro rail environment.

  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.

  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
