WTW Azure BI Reporting Developer in Thane, India
The Role
Principle Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist with the management and operations of the overall BI environment
Develop and maintain dashboards, generate reports and prepare data visualizations using Azure Synapse, Azure Data Lake and PowerBI
Build automation and additional efficiencies to eliminate manual reporting efforts
Act as a subject matter expert on the Power BI application and mentor less experienced colleagues.
The Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field is required
3+ years of demonstrated MS Azure proficiency including skills in Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, MS Power Platform and Power BI
Experience with the Azure data platform including Azure SQL, Azure Data Lake Storage2, Azure Cosmos DB, SQL Server
Intermediate to advanced SQL / T-SQL experience
Experience with Data warehouse concepts - Aggregates, Hierarchy tables, Snapshot fact tables, etc.
Solid knowledge of BI tools, ETL tools and Azure data/analytics platforms including DAX and data modeling
Experience with data visualization, dashboard design, reporting, self-service BI, data KPis and predictive analytics solutions
Proven track record working with a development team to deliver solutions within the defined project SDLC.
Excellent verbal communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field is required
