Intuit Principal Business Development Representative- Intuit for Education in Texas City, Texas

What you'll bring

  • 8+ years of business and partner development

  • Expertise in managing paid placements closely to maximize value including identifying and recommending large paid opportunities in collaboration w/marketing team and across business units

  • Proven experience with large group presentations to executive leadership (e.g. C-Suite)

  • Experience presenting at (e.g., plenary) and leading industry forums and events as a thought leader in education (K12 and/or higher education)

  • Strong understanding of GTM, and specifically partner marketing, channels (e.g. paid email) and best practices

  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to extract insights from GTM data and present them in a clear and concise manner

  • Understanding of international channels, with a particular focus on partners in Australia, UK and/or Canada, to drive reach and scale in the education sector is preferred

  • Experience meeting annual partnership targets, estimating MoM and YoY projects, and monthly and annual reporting

How you will lead

As a senior member of the Programs team, the Principal Partnerships Manager is responsible for fostering dynamic partnerships through Intuit for Education’s current High School market as well as new markets including Middle School, Higher Education and International.

The role also encompasses devising and sustaining market maps pertinent to the financial education and entrepreneurship landscapes and structuring collaborative relationships with strategic partners within the new strategic markets above.

Given the complexity of the scope of the work, this role requires substantial expertise with, and a track record in, new partner identification and development as well as developing, executing and analyzing market strategies to bring programs to life and ensure Intuit for Education is positioned for sustained growth in the US and internationally.

Specifically, you will be responsible for:

Partner Management

  • Identify and establish new partnerships across diverse markets including Middle School, Higher Education, and International arenas (e.g., UK, CA, AU).

  • E2E management of all aspects of a partnership: Relationship, Paid, Scale, YoY Growth to maximize integration and amplification efforts.

  • Ownership and responsibility for meeting annual partnership targets as part of Intuit for Education’s overall adoption goals, including monthly reporting.

  • Provide data analysis and reporting to extract insights from GTM data and present them in a clear and concise manner to leadership.

Market Management

  • Develop and own strategic analyses of market opportunities and ecosystem players across the education and financial services sectors (US and International) to drive success for various Intuit for Education offerings and programs.

  • Provide regular updates to the team about industry and emerging market trends across key US and international markets that are ripe for expansion for Intuit for Education.

  • Offer thought leadership and direction on new partners and opportunities for growth and scale.

  • Continually update knowledge on legislative changes and trends that directly affect educational strategies and execution relevant to Intuit for Education.

This role requires someone who is adept at identifying new opportunities and driving expansion in the US and internationally. The right candidate will also leverage their partnership and education market knowledge and expertise to push the boundaries of innovation and impact for Intuit for Education.
