Position : Medical Reception Tech

Location : Temple Terrace, FL

Duties

• Greets donors in pleasant manner

• Screens returning and new plasma donors to gather information on their suitability to donate

• Reviews electronic health questionnaire

• Collects health vitals from donors (blood pressure, pulse, hematocrit, protein)

• Answers donor questions about the plasma donation process

• Performs daily, weekly, monthly, and annual calibrations on equipment used for donor screening.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.Health care certifications helpful

• Ability to follow detailed instructions

• Previous customer service or medical office experience preferred

• Computer literate

• Performs work while standing

• Potential for exposure to blood borne pathogens
