Responsibilities

Seeking an ACT Clinical Coordinator to lead our interdisciplinary ACT clinical team working with individuals diagnosed with a Serious Mental Illness (SMI) or General Mental Health diagnosis under Court Ordered Treatment at our Priest Drive Healthcare Clinic.

Full-Time Employed: 40 hours/week

Location: Priest Drive and Broadway Rd in Tempe, AZ

Bilingual in Spanish is a plus (Additional Language Differential Pay Available)

Must have very flexible schedule as this team provides treatment 7 days/week, including weekends and holidays

Generous PTO/Sick Time (4+ weeks in year 1)

$2/hour ACT Differential plus on-call stipends

Duties Include:

  • Under the agency's and RBHA policies and professional requirements, provides supervision and support of a high performing ACT team within the agency.

  • Provides clinical and administrative supervision of non-medical ACT Specialists on assigned team.

  • Ensures efficient and effective operations, quality of care, customer service, and member outcomes.

  • Provides support and direction to assure ACT services provided are consistent with SAMHSA ACT fidelity standards and best practices.

  • Monitors ACT team performance, provides direct team observation, and develops tools to improve key performance indicators related to ACT services.

  • Ensures that assessments and individual service plans are developed and implemented (according to regulatory guidelines) for each member on their team.

  • Provides 24/7 on-call coverage to provide direct support to ACT Specialists and to members served on the ACT Team.

  • Works under the direct supervision of the Health Center Director.

Qualifications

  • Master’s in behavioral health or related field preferred; Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in behavioral health or related health required

  • Minimum 2 years of managerial experience required

  • Experience working in an ACT role strongly preferred

  • Interpersonal skills which allow for professional and positive relationships with co-workers, members, families, and other community members. Good communication skills, evidenced by a non-judgmental approach, effective listening and positive interactions. Strong understanding of substance use, addiction and recovery clinical skills.

  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required. Experience in PowerPoint and electronic medical record - NextGen preferred.

  • Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid Arizona driver’s license, and minimum of 4 years driving experience and meet requirements of Terros Health’s driving policy.

  • Must have a valid Level 1 Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card or the ability to apply for one apply for one within 7 working days of assuming role.

  • Schedule flexibility is required as this team provides services throughout weekday hours, evenings, weekends and holidays.

  • Will be on-call 24-hours/7 days/week for crisis intervention services.
