-Responsable del cierre de mes y soporte al Gerente de Costos Multisite con análisis

-Responsable de preparar el presupuesto trimestral de la planta, en asociación con operaciones, apoyo al Gerente de Costos Multisite y sirve como interfaz para el controlador regional

-Responsable de preparar los cambios anuales de costos estandard y apoyar al Gerente de Costos / controlador regional con análisis

-

Responsable de preparar el AOP de la planta en alianza con operaciones, apoyo al Gerente de Costos Multisite / Contralor Regional

-Responsable del seguimiento mensual de CAPEX y controles de CIP en alianza con operaciones

-Responsable del Conteo de Inventario Físico Annual, en alianza con operaciones

-Apoyo al Gerente de Costos Multisite para mantener los controles internos y el cumplimiento de las políticas y procedimientos de la empresa, también participo como probador y apoyo al coordinador local de SOX.

-Responsable de preparar el MDI diario para las operaciones e impulsar acciones para lograr los obetivos de la planta en asociación con las operaciones.

-Apoyar en la evaluación de diseño SOX anual en asociación con operaciones.

-Responsable de preparar la tendencia del inventario mensual y los informes de inventario trimestrales.

-Apoyo al Gerente de Costos Multisite / Controlador Regional para lograr los objetivos de inventario

-Apoyo al Gerente de Costos Multisite / Controlador Regional para mejorar engagement de los empleados.

-Responsable del costeo diario.

-Responsable de preparar el análisis financiero para Make vs Buy

-Responsable de preparar las conciliaciones mensuales y trimestrales

-Responsable de preparar el informe mensual de Costo de mala calidad (COPQ)

-Responsable de preparar Eficiencia Semanal y seguimiento tiempo extra a operaciones

Liderar conteos físicos anuales de Activos Fijos

-Responsable de preparar reservas OSMI & Shrink y análisis GRNI
