Job Information

What you’ll do:

Support new product and transfer from China to Philippines.
Assigned on packaging commodity – qualification and approval of new development, localization, and supplier transfers.
Linking bridge between China RD and Philippines RD on design alignment and compliance
Support new and product transfers.
Initiate/create modification on packaging design involving qualification of existing and new supplier samples.
Support production line in solving quality issue, material shortage and rework related to packaging.
Design change for improvements, and for packaging specification. Validate improvement and linking information of design issue to design team and suppliers.
Evaluate internal and external customer request and provide systematical approach for closure.
Ability and understand to facilitate application of engineering change request and change order

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree on Engineering, Fine Arts, Graphic Design or related field

• Has work experience at least 2 years

Skills:

• A strong portfolio of graphic software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat)

• Proven graphic designing experience.

• Ability to work progressively, in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
