Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Provide support, participate proactively and demonstrate leadership on QEHS in your area.

  • Comply with the QEHS legal requirements, standards (External / internal) and others applicable to your area.

  • Maintain the LEGO equipment of Motan Supply System in appropriate conditions to ensure reliable production output.

  • Keep the percentage of equipment utilization high without sacrificing quality requirements.

  • Ensure daily repairs to machinery according to production needs and priorities.

  • Execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

  • Daily Data collection of corrective/preventive activities.

  • Communication with colleagues (on-time deliveries, sharing experiences and knowledge).

  • Regarding critical decision making, you should request support from your immediate boss.

  • Comply with the regulations of the area.

  • Keep the LEGO equipment in appropriate conditions to ensure the production according companies trust and product quality.

  • Maintain high disposal equipment percentage with quality requirements.

  • Following escalation process due problems/failures in lines.

  • Follow up 5´s security meeting and security maintenance activities.

  • Active participation in Daily Huddle

  • Attend security meeting at shift beginning.

  • Follow up procedures an LOTO certifications.

  • Report missing spare parts in warehouse.

  • Support other departments.

  • React efficiently into possible production plan changes.

Do you have what it takes?  (Yêu cầu công việc)

  • Have at least2 years of experience as a maintenance Technical in plastic injection machines or Electromechanical Tech.

  • Have knowledge about Resin is a plus

  • Electrical,Mechanical,MechatronicsEngineering or similar – Intermediate and above

  • MachineSafety Knowledge

  • Continuous improvement.

  • Soft skills (communication, feedbacks, organization, systematic approach)

  • Process thinking

  • Problem Solving

  • Traveling (occasionally, based on business needs)

  • Time flexibility (sometimes support for weekend shifts needed)

  • Can communicate in English.
