Financial - Advice supervisor of low inventory items or may order necessary food items. - Assist in receiving items and conducting inventory. Guest Experience - Prepare meals for respective sections or outlets. - Assist in all kitchen activities to ensure guests receive high quality food items in a timely manner. - Coordinate smooth service in relation to the pass and pick-up of food. - Respond timely and appropriately to guest request and complaints. - Make appropriate service recovery gestures in accordance with established guidelines. Maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards in the kitchen area that meet or exceed Resort and government standards. Report all unsafe or malfunctioning equipment to the supervisor or manager. Address and report any workplace injuries or illnesses. May assist with dishwasher, stewarding or other kitchen duties as assigned. May assist with other duties as required.
