Smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete floors, walks, sidewalks or curbs to a specified texture. Lay concrete blocks and mixes cement using shovel or cement mixing machine. May mix, apply and spread plaster, concrete, mortar, cement, mastic, glue or other adhesive to form a bed for the tiles. May lay tiles. May apply coats of plaster to walls, ceilings or partitions of building using hand and power tools, including floats, trowels, and screeds. Study specifications in blueprints, sketches or building plans to prepare project layout and determine dimensions and materials required. *Special wage rate:Work to be performed on DPRI-fundedprojects and projects covered by Davis Bacon, Service Contracts Act, and/orExecutiveOrder14206will be paid no less than the indicated wage rate but may be paid more where special rates apply. #DPRI#
