BluePearl VETgirl Marketing Specialist in Tampa, Florida
The VETgirl Marketing Specialist is responsible for marketing campaigns to improve brand awareness and maintain brand continuity.
Job Responsibilities
● Develops, updates, and manages marketing dashboard.
● Responsible for all inputs into and reporting out of HubSpot, VETgirl’s CRM.
● Focuses on key initiatives to support membership growth, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and advertising to drive individual and small team subscription revenue.
● Provides input to the technical team on USX improvements.
● Stays apprised on marketing best practices, informs leadership, and implements new processes and updates as needed.
● Conducts market and pricing research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings, and demographic data.
● Liaises with creative teams to create branding ideas, graphic designs, promotional materials, and advertising copies.
● Identifies new email marketing funnels to support sales/marketing strategies.
● Creates and monitors a variety of email marketing campaigns, utilizes A/B testing and tracks and analyzes campaign results.
● Produces innovative marketing campaigns and presents the recommendations to management.
● Investigates the performance of a company’s marketing campaigns and strategies through evaluating key performance metrics.
● Works independently and directly with leadership.
● Shifts priorities to meet the needs of the business when necessary.
● Other job duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience required.
• 3+ years relevant experience required.
Qualifications
● Requires critical thinking skills and decisive judgment.
● Works under minimal supervision.
● Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. ● Excellent interpersonal, organizational, prioritization of work, and problem-solving skills.
● Requires in-depth skills and knowledge of the specialized concepts, practices, and procedures in the area of specialization.
● Utilizes in-depth knowledge of the specialization as well as business needs to recommend appropriate action.
Working Conditions
● Ability to stand or sit at a computer station for long periods of time.
● The noise level in the work environment is normally moderate.
● Environment where pets are present.
