Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Sr. Business Analyst in Tampa, Florida. In this role, you will be a key player in the integration of new API systems with various vendors, focusing on specific software integrations. You will also be utilizing JIRA in a customized environment to manage project tasks and workflows. Your role will also include developing workflow documentation and visual presentations using Vizio and collaborating with a project team that operates on Monday.com, with significant use of Project for planning and tracking.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the integration process of new API systems with various vendors, focusing on specialized software integrations.

• Utilize Atlassian Jira in a bespoke environment to manage and oversee project tasks and workflows.

• Mentor your team of Business Analysts, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

• Create detailed workflow documentation and visual presentations utilizing Vizio.

• Collaborate with the project team, promoting efficient use of Monday.com and Project for planning and tracking purposes.

• Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of system integrations.

• Use your knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies to drive the project forward.

• Oversee the management of customer credit applications and maintain accurate customer credit records.

• Resolve any customer inquiries and monitor customer accounts, taking appropriate action when necessary. Requirements • Proficiency in Atlassian Jira is required for task management and project tracking.

• Experience with CRM systems to manage customer relationships and data analysis.

• Strong skills in database management and data interpretation.

• Familiarity with AB Testing methods to optimize business strategies and performance.

• Expertise in Agile Scrum methodologies to ensure efficient project management.

• Understanding of Business Process Functions to enhance operational efficiency.

• Ability to create and manage Business Requirement Documents to guide project development.

• Experience in Claim Administration for handling any customer service issues.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Project for project planning and tracking.

• Knowledge of API management and its role in software development.
