• Implement timely accounting and reconciliation procedures for cash accounts while forecasting cash flows to optimize financial planning.
• Manage vendor payments and facilitate positive pay uploads to the bank, ensuring accuracy and security in financial transactions.
• Oversee customer accounts receivable, collaborate with other departments to collect past due accounts, and collaborate with the company president to manage customer lines of credit, enhancing cash flow management.
• Execute monthly accruals in adherence to GAAP standards, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance.
• Maintain sales tax registrations, filing monthly/quarterly/annual sales tax returns promptly, and update the 3-statement model, collaborating with upper management to review forecasts and support strategic decision-making.
