Insight Global INTL - Romania - Service Coordinator in Tampa, Florida

Job Description

The primary focus of this team is to manage Technology & Security Operations Infrastructure Services to achieve SLO targets and performance expectations. The Service Coordinator will assist the financial lead with data analysis and reporting, budget forecasting and tracking, stakeholder management, implementing service and process enhancements and adhere to governance standards.

  • Managing vendor support contracts, licensing agreements and budgeting;

  • Managing small efforts, operational projects and facilitation of miscellaneous requests;

  • Exercising independent judgment to escalate issues for resolution and meet service level objectives;

  • Combining knowledge with relevant contextual information considering upper level;

  • Managing informational needs to produce effective executive summaries and communications;

  • Forecasting and budget tracking for the services managed and available through the service catalog;

  • Assisting with staffing reconciliation and updates;

  • Assisting in the communication and management in the influencing of the operational leaders to drive improvements to services for respective sponsors and stakeholders; and,

  • Assisting Financial Lead with reviewing financials and updating forecasts on a monthly basis and any service costs changes through consistent governance and approval, while identifying opportunities to control costs.

  • Working hours - RO working hours - Occasionally extending in late afternoons for important meetings

Skills and Requirements

  • HS Diploma

  • 2 years of experience in technical operations support including quality control, process improvement, compliance and budget

  • Has worked in IT

  • Understands financial management

  • Experience with vendor contracts, licensing contracts/agreements, budget tracking, staffing reconciliation, reviewing financials for forecasting

  • Attention to details and willingness to learn - College Degree

  • Data reconciliation null
