Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the sales process, including identifying upsell opportunities while managing current accounts.

• Oversee customer orders and quote requests received through multiple channels for all levels of accounts.

• Provide exceptional customer service, expanding your horizons and building client relationships.

salary: $22 - $24 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the sales process, including identifying upsell opportunities while managing current accounts.

• Oversee customer orders and quote requests received through multiple channels for all levels of accounts.

• Provide exceptional customer service, expanding your horizons and building client relationships.

• Demonstrated success in working with customers.

• Experience with inventory sales/order systems.

• Prior experience in industrial distribution or construction supply.

• Familiarity with specialized warehouse tasks, including receiving, inventory management, customer service, and order processing.
