Bilingual Production Supervisor

Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $21 - $21 / hour *

What you'll be doing as a Bilingual Production Supervisor :

• Supervising operations within a facility to achieve higher output

• Organizing training and educational manuals for the production team

• Assisting in the recruitment and onboarding of new hires

• Ensuring compliance with safety and professional standards within a facility

• Organizing, monitoring, and prioritizing tasks to meet production goals

• Evaluating various production stations to ensure optimum efficiency

• Maintaining communication between employees and ownership to ensure procedures and policies are

• well-understood

• Ensuring the flow of raw materials and other resources

Available shifts:

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

• 5+ years working in a manufacturing role

• 2-3 years' experience supervising others; 4/5 employees

• Experience with livestock supplements and feed product manufacturing preferred

• High school diploma or GED required

• Knowledge of manufacturing with Food Safety protocol

• Bi-lingual English/Spanish required

• Forklift certificate required

• IT skills, especially using inventory and production software

• Excellent organization, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

• Excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong work ethic

• Ability to create and adhere to production processes

• Ability to write reports legibly and accurately; daily production and inventory reports

• Relevant training and certification in industrial production, engineering, or any related field

• Strong forklift experience

• Background check and drug screening required
