Description

We are in search of an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our client located in Tampa, Florida. You will be responsible for the following:

• Accurately process invoices received via email and mail

• Obtain approval for invoices and enter them into QuickBooks

• Ensure Purchase Orders match and invoice is ready for payment

• Print checks and obtain approval, scanning the checks into the system for each vendor making payment

• Handle both PO and non-PO invoices, including some matching

• Reconcile credit card payments, match invoices to Credit Card Statements and receipts to ensure correct payments and allocation of credit card expenses

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk or in a similar role.

• Proficient in Account Reconciliation and Accounts Payable (AP).

• Experience with Check Runs and Coding Invoices is necessary.

• Strong Data Entry skills are required.

• Knowledge of Invoice Processing is essential.

• Familiarity with QuickBooks is highly desirable.
