We’re hiring! We are looking for a Head of Taiwan to manage our Aon Taiwan business.

Job Scope

This position will be responsible for the management of the Taiwan business and directing the company to ensure effective and profitable operation and growth.

Primary Responsibilities (Includes but not limited to)

  • Leads, personally participates in and is responsible for all business activities of Taiwan, including achievement of annually established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), to achieve region objectives.

  • Serves as principal local advocate in communicating the value proposition of Aon, the capabilities of the firm, our business philosophy, core values, etc.

  • Collaborates with regional leadership, Function leaders, and others in developing short- and long-term objectives and implementing strategies to achieve those objectives. Monitors results and determines necessary actions where objectives are not being met.

  • Oversees people related activities for Taiwan including recruitment, training, engagement, performance, succession planning, and as appropriate employee relations.

  • Manages the portfolio of clients, serves as the principal client retention and new business champion in Taiwan.

  • Actively participates in executing the overall Taiwan business plan and monitors results relative to their area of direct responsibility.

  • Ensures Aon’s visibility and business networking within the corporate and civic community by encouraging staff participation in local organizations and representing Aon in professional and business associations.

  • Responsible for fostering positive colleague experience in Taiwan.
