The Role

• Responsible for combined hardware asset and configuration management processes

• Responsible for continual enhancements to framework for all technology asset data and configuration items

• Integrates existing configuration management and HAM processes to provide a single, efficient model through which WTW manages and maintains asset data.

• Drives improvements to HAM to integrate and align with financial data

• Ensures that partnership is formed with all key stakeholders and that all requirements for the HAM and configuration management model are managed appropriately

• Drives more automated and integrated solutions across HAM, Cloud and configuration Management

• Establishes a set of performance measures for the HAM, Cloud and Configuration Management framework

• Establish technical manuals and documentation and provides instruction manuals for non-technical users; provides training in all modes of usage of systems, products and services providing information on the full range of capabilities.

The Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, related field or other relevant experience.

• 5+ years proven experience in Hardware Asset and Configuration Management.

• ITIL, ServcieNow, Flexera and Microsoft Suite working knowledge preferred

• Strong technical background and understanding of IT infrastructure, applications, and support processes.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.

• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, especially under high-pressure situations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.

• Knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) ServiceNow, Flexera and Microsoft Suite preferred
