About the Role:

As a CBRE Compliance Analyst, you will support the implementation and sustainment of the corporate compliance program.

This job is part of the Legal Compliance job function. They are responsible for overseeing regulatory compliance that balances business and compliance solutions to inform the company of options and risks.

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform basic compliance system assessments to confirm compliance with all appropriate regulations, practices, and policies for initiatives, inspections, and training.

  • Use aggregate data to create a standard report of improvements and recommendations.

  • Identify and troubleshoot data integration and integrity issues. Escalate as needed.

  • Assist the team with creating department policies, procedures, and audit requirements for a respective line of business.

  • Perform system assessments to confirm alignment with all appropriate regulations, practices, and policies for initiatives, inspections, and training.

  • Support the distribution of communication to raise awareness of topics critical to the organization.

  • Retrieve information from databases to provide information for investigations.

  • Act as liaison between the investigations team and several businesses across the company.

  • Communicate results and violations to management.

  • Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.

  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.

  • Impact the quality of own work.

  • Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.

  • Exchange straightforward information, ask questions and check for understanding.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

  • Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.

  • Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

  • Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
