R1 RCM Operations Manager - Patient Access (CRC) in Taguig City, United States

Responsibilities:

  • Understand the business process, priorities, and outcomes required; and deepen business acumen

  • Manage productivity and deadlines (daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly) for transactions and reporting

  • Responsible in monitoring daily operational activities escalations, concerns and engagement

  • Participate and present in weekly and monthly business reviews.

  • Continuously improve financial outcomes for the organization

  • Manage technology updates as necessary

  • Maintain an understanding of regulatory changes affecting the department

  • Coordination with other departments to manage operational requirement

  • Develop, recommend, and oversee the implementation and administration of policies and procedures

  • Manage key performance indicators– hiring, aht, csat/nps, attrition, attendance, cross-skill, workforce management etc. for the department

  • Develop strong success plans by mentoring direct reports and conducts skip sessions to gain insights from the team

  • Champion process improvements and share ideas that help transform the process or business

  • Any other additional responsibilities as required by line manager

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • At least 2 to 3 years' experience

  • BPO experience is a must
