A Day in the Life

  • Work with 4PL partners, key functions and sales managers to build accountability for field stock management activities, including cycle count completion, reconciliation of variances and retrieval of expired inventory from field locations

  • Build partnerships and accountability with business unit sales team regarding field inventory processes and accountabilities

  • Handle day to day queries on consignment issues, resolution of issues to transactional consignment processes and manage all billing resolutions in conjunction with customer care, and sales team

  • To assist with continued process improvements around the consignment management process

  • To achieve reconciliation of stock levels and turnaround times and perform all write on/off’s for missing stock and necessary adjustments to keep stock accurate and provide necessary updates to sales and supply chain leadership

  • Assist the Senior Inventory Analyst and Supply Chain Manager in ensuring effective and proactive inventory management at all levels and locations in Medtronic Philippines

  • Deliver an excellent level of customer service to all internal and external customers

  • Ensure that the company’s agreed quality standards including ISO13485 and GDMP are maintained with regard to its products, procedures, policies, operations and customer contact

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline, Operations Management, Business or Commerce preferred

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

Your Profile

  • 2-3 years experience working in Supply Chain / Inventory management field, either in order management with consignment stock or DC inventory or consignment management and / or cycle count, stock-take reconciliation activities

  • Advanced knowledge in using MS Office (Word, PowePoint, Excel, Access)

  • Experience with EDI transactions preferred and knowledge with BW reporting, PowerBI preferred but not required

  • Demonstrated ability to implement cross-functional projects and process improvements

  • Demonstrated ability to build strong customer (internal and external) relationships throughout a customer organization, at all level
