TrueBlue/PeopleReady Senior Sourcing Manager in Tacoma, Washington

As Senior Sourcing Manager, you are responsible for daily operations and performance of the Global and US Sourcing teams. You will partner to support building and delivering a high functioning and performing Sourcing model to support generation of candidate flow against all hiring needs for TrueBlue. The Senior Sourcing Manager will use performance metrics to manage and lead a team of Sourcers. This role is defined as an exempt (salaried) role. The primary responsibility will be to own the day-to-day sourcing and operations activities which includes ensuring processes are followed, performance metrics are measured and met for all staffing needs. The Senior Sourcing Manager will own the creation and maintenance of strategic sourcing plans. This role will also be responsible for partnering with a global sourcing and operations team. The following characteristics and requirements are necessary for an individual to be successful in the position: Requirements: 7+ years proven leadership within the recruitment services industry managing team of Sourcers and the process. 3+ years of management experience, including leading new sourcing initiatives and building new processes. Proven leadership of a US and Global team of Sourcers and Operations colleagues Proven ability to build strong sourcing strategies to generate the right candidate pools. Solid understanding of discipline and market specific sourcing strategies. 1+ Years experience building processes and partnering with a global team to execute strategies Experience working with and managing sourcing vendors such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn and others Experience in managing sourcing and recruiting processes and candidate search in either in-house, staffing, or RPO environments Must have technical background to support all aspects of digital sourcing and marketing campaigns and assessing results to adjust and improve ROI Ability to collaborate effectively with others, build strong partnerships, problem solve, consult and diplomatically handle all customer or team escalations. Ability to proactively prioritize and plan for current and future internal client needs Flexibility and ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment Must be driven and able to handle urgent deadlines and multiple priorities Experience with Applicant Tracking, CRM and Applicant Tracking Systems Excellent verbal and written communication skills and seasoned at giving presentations to a wide range of audiences Absolute and uncompromising integrity with the ability to instill trust, honesty, fairness, credibility and a sense of purpose to stakeholders Strong Attention to Detail Strong analytic skills, able to extract data from systems for operational purposes as well as report on performance Medium to high skills in Microsoft office programs and web search capability Structured Responsibilities: Manage all talent acquisition sourcers, operations and sourcing activities associated with all TrueBlue brands in support of its business goals and mission. Lead, manage and develop a team of Sourcing and Operations Colleagues Managing a global team who identifies qualified candidates utilizing efficient sourcing and networking techniques that yield positive results. Manage and track all sourcing and advertising budgets, recruiting tools and other department expenses Design and manage implementation of sourcing strategies to ensure a continual pipeline of high quality, excellent talent for clients in assigned groups. Develop and implement sourcer KPIs Complete weekly report on recruiting activity, job requisitions etc. Use recruiting tools, ATS, to accurately track candidates and interviews.
