NOTICE TO ALL EMPLOYEES AND PUBLIC NOTICE OF INTENT TO FILE APPLICATION FOR PERMANENT EMPLOYMENT CERTIFICATION Pursuant to Section 20 CFR 656.10(d), you are hereby notified that an application for permanent employment certification will be filed for the following position: INFECTIOUS DISEASE PHYSICIAN Position Duties: Study, diagnose, and treat infectious diseases, including those caused by viruses and bacteria. Provide direct clinical treatment. Conduct patient interviews and evaluations, order tests and other screenings, review test results, and recommend an appropriate course of treatment. Position Requirements: Medical degree, equivalent degree or foreign equivalent degree, have completed an Infectious Disease Fellowship, and current Washington medical license. Rate of Pay: From $275,000 per year. This amount meets or exceeds the prevailing wage as determined by the U. S. Department of Labor.
