Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

• 5 years of experience in program management.

• Experience in enterprise data engineering or management (e.g., master data management, data warehousing, data analytics, business intelligence, visualization, data governance, data architecture, system integration).

Preferred qualifications:

• 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

• Experience in identifying, engaging, and influencing key stakeholders.

• Ability to establish and cultivate strategic partnerships.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to mediate and facilitate conversations.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

• Lead the implementation and ongoing management of the Enterprise Reference Data Management program.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure needs are met and that the program aligns with business objectives.

• Communicate program status, risks, and issues to senior management and stakeholders.

• Define strategic program ideas and roadmaps.

• Create and manage implementation plans including dependency mapping across multiple cross-functional teams.
