This very interesting position is located in Parque da Cidade/São Paulo and reports to Country Manager Latam. The position is a onsite position.

As Marketing Manager Latam, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic commercial enablement plans in order to achieve our ambitious targets. You will have a chance to drive the launch of impactful new products interacting with the main regional leaders and Global teams.

Additionally, will be a key stakeholder within Latam organization, interacting with all areas to execute planned actions and to leverage processes. You will be responsible for leading product management, performing market research and segmentation, implementing VoC, managing communication strategy for campaigns and events, sales tools development and product training content/ deployment.

Major Responsibilities

  • Lead the regional Commercial Enablement Excellence activities and voice within the organization.

  • Develop and support a thorough understanding of the Anatomical Pathology market. Acquire, analyze, and synthesize key market information, built bottoms-up models and reports to define market size, market share, competitive analysis and market economics, major market trends (e.g., competitor product launches, reimbursement changes). Refine market segmentation and product positioning to support business and Commercial Enablement Excellence strategy.

  • Lead Voice of Customer activities to capture product reception and validate new commercial opportunities. Support the development of survey instruments and interview guides, analyze survey results to identify key takeaways, and synthesize interview findings.

  • Develop Commercial Enablement Excellence plans, campaigns, tools, and training programs aimed to drive demand creation and boost market share, achieve revenue growth and margin targets. Lead Symposiums and events.

  • Owner of go-to-market strategy plan for research diagnostics industry (e.g. - Academic Hospitals, Reference, Pharma, CRO, Biotech) in close collaboration with regional leadership.

  • Collaborate with regional leadership on product road mapping, new product development, and product management activities.

  • Support pricing strategies designed to achieve margin and revenue targets for new and existing products.

  • Draft the monthly ‘market update’ for consumption by the LBS leadership team. Support Strategic planning and development of scenarios for the business.

  • Transformative MKT; Lead Qualification; Product Mix Strategy Management;

  • Represent Leica Biosystems in internal council;

    Required Education, Language, Experience, Skills

    Education:

    Master’s degree in pharmacy, biomedicine, or similar. MBA preferred.

    Language:

    Fluent in English & Portuguese are a must, Spanish could be a differential.

    Experience/Skills:

  • Experience on Anatomical Pathology market is desirable

  • Ability to synthesize and format information into high quality presentations geared towards specific audiences.

  • Excellent leadership, collaboration, influencing and negotiation, plus communication skills.

  • Ability to work across functions and influencing through others, and to interact effectively with many different internal and external stakeholders. Interest and openness to new and unconventional marketing approaches, ability to embrace change and innovative ways of working.

  • Willingness to work in a very dynamic and excitement environment with a hands-on behavior.

  • Strict adherence to timelines and ability to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively.

    Travel: Expected travels, eventually overnight travel, must maintain flexible schedule, often with short notice. Must Possess a valid Driver’s license and meet fleet eligibility requirements. Occasional international travel may be required.
