Chris Preble is working with a Syracuse client of his that is seeking a Revenue Cycle Manager to join their team. This role involves overseeing and optimizing all aspects of the revenue cycle process within the organization, with a particular focus on healthcare billing and collections, coding, and reimbursement.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

• Oversee the revenue cycle process.

• Ensure accurate and timely billing and collections processes.

• Monitor and manage accounts receivable to improve cash flow.

• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as organization policies and procedures.

• Stay current with changes in healthcare regulations and industry best practices.

• Conduct regular audits and implement corrective actions as needed.

• Analyze revenue cycle data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.

• Prepare and present regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.

• Utilize data to develop and implement process improvements and best practices.

  Requirements

• Candidate must possess proficiency in revenue cycle management

• Healthcare industry experience is a must.
