What’s a typical day as a Receptionist? You’ll be:

• Overseeing general office operations and ensuring smooth functioning

• Tracking local apartment vacancies, move-in/move-out processes, and processing applications

• Scheduling and providing in-person tours for apartment showings

• Greeting visitors and answering a medium-volume of incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy

• Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels

• Producing basic reports, composing correspondence, printing, and updating business information

• Creating basic presentations and other marketing-type reports

• Keeping the reception and conference area clean and presentable

• Researching potential project information via the internet

• Supporting property managers with administration and supplies

• Assisting with filing documents within the filing system

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have great organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively

• Are proficient in computer skills, including the Microsoft Office suite
