Job Title: Production Supervisor

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a team-oriented and adaptable individual to join our production operations. This full-time role involves numerous responsibilities in a swift-paced environment, aiming at the successful manufacturing of top-quality dairy feed pre-mix. Reporting to the Plant Manager, this role involves working closely with maintenance, quality, and other management team members. Your primary responsibilities will include directing and coordinating production activities to ensure optimum efficiency and profit maximization, assisting Production Supervisors and the Plant Manager in meeting company obligations, planning and implementing a manufacturing plan, and assisting in the execution of the manufacturing program in line with AAFCO, FDA, SFSF, FCI, FSMA, OSHA, and other regulatory agency guidelines.

Hard Skills

• Operating WEM 4000 production software system

• Assisting in daily manufacturing production scheduling

• Collecting and storing samples from each run

• Monitoring production inventories

• Assisting in production labor scheduling

• Assisting in scheduling maintenance work orders

• Inspecting products to verify conformance to specifications

• Establishing or adjusting work procedures to meet production schedules

• Suggesting changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency

• Analyzing and resolving work problems or assisting workers in solving work problems

• Reporting metrics to management
