Syracuse University Admissions Operations Specialist in Syracuse, New York
The Admissions Operations Specialist will oversee and inform admissions workflow from the point of inquiry through Slate (CRM) through to application processing, admissions review, decision, and processing. The Specialist will supervise the Application Specialist position within the admissions functional area of the Office of Online Student Success. The position will demonstrate a student-centered and growth-oriented approach to operational efficiency through improved workflows, differentiation, and productive implementation of systems and projects. This position will provide operational expertise across the OSS team. The Operations Specialist will support the higher-level operational functions of the unit overseen by the Assistant Director of Online Student Success, and serve as a backup to the Assistant Director as a systems expert for the OSS unit (Slate, OnBase, PeopleSoft, etc.).
