We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process invoices and maintain accounts payable information

• Execute account reconciliation to ensure accurate record keeping

• Manage check runs to ensure timely and accurate payments

• Handle coding invoices and ensure they align with budgetary guidelines

• Perform data entry tasks related to accounts payable and financial transactions

• Process invoices efficiently, ensuring all details are correct and up-to-date

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and financial reporting

• Operate QuickBooks for financial management, invoicing, and payment processing

• Regularly review and resolve any discrepancies in invoices or payments

• Take proactive steps towards resolving any issues related to accounts payable.

Requirements • Minimum of 5 years experience in an accounts payable role or similar position

• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation and Accounts Payable (AP) processes

• Demonstrated experience with Check Runs and Coding Invoices

• Strong data entry skills with high level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Experience in Invoice Processing and ability to handle large volume of invoices

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks for accounting tasks

• Strong analytical skills with ability to identify discrepancies or inconsistencies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with various departments

• Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet and professional manner

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is preferred.
