Provide responsive customer service and facilities support to stakeholders

We are looking for an experienced Senior Facilities Manager to join our ISPT Retail Property Management business managing the reins of a well-established retail property portfolio in Sylvania. Working with a friendly and dynamic team at Southgate Shopping Centre, you will showcase your skills and experience across facilities management and be empowered to own your role and trusted to make optimum decisions to best serve the operational needs of this retail environment.

The opportunity

  • Management of tenancy delivery including lessors works and fitout management

  • Manage asset lifecycles including planning & delivery of Capital Works programs across the portfolio

  • Accountable for managing the delivery of all Facilities Management services for the retail centre, tenant liaison and contractor management

  • Maintain the operational management of the centre

  • Establish policies and procedures, WHS and compliance programs

  • Responsible for delivering superior customer service and develop key tenant stakeholder engagement by providing effective and timely communications to our tenants, stakeholders and client.

  • Manage tenant/client relationships and work closely with the on-site and head office teams

  • Ongoing maintenance management in addition to budgeting, forecasting, and planning

  • Management of service contractors, energy suppliers, technical consultants, and minor capital works contracts to ensure high levels of service performance

We are looking for a candidate with experience working in a similar position within a performance contract environment in addition to superior commitment to client satisfaction and customer service focus.

About You:

  • Previous Facilities Management experience within a retail environment

  • Strong organisational and computer skills with the ability to prioritise

  • Proven problem solver with the capacity to work under pressure

  • Advanced communication skills and a proactive and professional approach

  • An ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously

  • The ability to build relationships with stakeholder, client, and tenants quickly.
