The Role

Working alongside the APAC Regional Account Lead in their flagship Sydney office, and continuing the good work done by a previous Service Provider, this new client-facing role sits within an experienced on-site team of 5 across the Workplace and Facilities function. You will have an important responsibility of managing delivery and upkeep of all hard and soft services across the Sydney and Melbourne sites, within one of the world’s largest and most well-known technology companies.

This is an opportunity to work on-site with one of the world’s most iconic technology brands, and a chance to bring fresh ideas and processes to a friendly and experienced client team.

A typical day may involve:

  • End-to-end management of planned and reactive maintenance across their corporate office portfolio.

  • Liaising with contractors, landlords, and key client stakeholders to deliver contracted services.

  • Assisting with occasional minor projects on an ad-hoc basis.

  • Collaborate with an on-site team including Concierge, Workplace Coordinator and Senior Facilities Coordinator.

  • Seek to continuously improve processes and efficiencies of the building services and ensure they are in line with client expectations.

  • Adhere to HSEQ requirements and compliance deliverables.

  • Upholding exemplary standards of customer service, maintaining clear communication with CBRE staff, client stakeholders and external contractors.

Requirements

    • Strong background as a Facilities Manager with corporate client experience.
  • Experience with multi-site portfolios and direct reports is preferred.

  • Strong computer skills with common applications (E.g. MS Office).

  • Full working rights in Australia for a permanent position.
