TEKsystems is currently hiring for a distribution company in Swedesboro, NJ for a dispatcher. This position will be supporting the transportation department with scheduling and routing deliveries. All applicants with warehouse and/or customer service experience are encouraged to apply. This position is a contract-to-hire and includes a full time work schedule, company benefits and room for growth with-in the organization.

Description:

• Communicating all day to day updates pertinent to the shipping and receiving department.

• Scheduling inbound receiving appointments via phone and email.

• Processing inbound and outbound orders.

• Learning and keeping up with all dispatcher SOP and responsibilities.

• Communicating and interacting with all company and inbound drivers.

• Verbally communicate with truck drivers all necessary information.

• Proper tracking of arrival and departure times must be completed and accurate

• Handling bills of lading for completed loads.

Qualifications:

• Customer service experience

• Warehouse or distribution experience preferred

• Computer skills

Additional Details:

• Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday

• Shift: 3pm-11pm

• OT available
